Our powder coating facility features a fully automated powder coating line designed to deliver exceptional quality, efficiency, and consistency. Equipped with a heavy-duty 4-inch I-beam conveyor system, our operation is capable of handling large and heavy components up to 48 inches wide, 78 inches high, and 240 inches long. At the heart of our system is the Wagner M-Line Quick Cube automated spray booth, utilizing the latest application technology to provide rapid color changes, increased production capacity, faster turnaround times, and a superior, long-lasting finish. This advanced process ensures every part receives a durable, uniform coating that enhances both appearance and corrosion resistance.
